WHAT TO EXPECT
A Rewarding Challenge
Agung (3142m) is the highest volcano 🌋 in Bali.
After 5 hours of hiking, we will reach our campsite above the clouds and have fun in our tent camps, making new friends around the bonfire.
After sunset, it becomes cold, and we will go to sleep early and get up at 3am to proceed to the summit.
At dawn, the wievs from the summit are stunning - the immense crater under our feet, the whole landscape of Bali and neighboring islands are visible.
Agung Camping is perhaps the most exotic outdoor experience available in Bali.

What to bring
- Sneakers with rigged soles or trekking boots (the trek is slippery, especially during the descent)
- Pants
- Warm hoodie
- Warm coat or jacket (the temperature at the summit is around +10 Celsius)
- Extra socks and T-shirt
- Sun cream
- Rain coat
- Your favourite snacks and treats to share with the group
